MOHEL FEES:

The Brit-Milah is a religious ceremony combined with a medical surgical procedure. Because Dr. Kaweblum is both a certified mohel and a board certified pediatrician, most insurance companies will reimburse part of the $800.00 fee. (In case of economic hardship request to talk to Dr. Kaweblum).
Because of the religious aspect of the ceremony, Dr. Kaweblum's fee is not restricted by any contract you or he may have with any health provider organization. Those contracts are for pure medical procedures.
Dr. Kaweblum can not be responsible for any unpaid claims, or by any fee limitations established by the Health Providers.
Payment is due on the day of the Brit-Milah.

Fees will be adjusted accordingly if the baby is older than one month; or if the ceremony takes place:

South of the Golden Gates Interchange

North of Palm Lakes Boulevard

Any other remote location

If the Brit is cancelled, and not rescheduled four days before the ceremony, you will be responsible for the entire amount, because when you reserve a specific date and time, Dr. Kaweblum has to turn away other Brit-Milah ceremonies.

Arrangements must be made in advance.
